SCHOOL SKI TRIPS 2020-21 - Important update for parents / carers
Parents / carers have already paid first deposits and one subsequent payment for ski trips due to take place in the 2020-21 academic year. Third payments would be due now in ordinary circumstances. We are reluctant to ask anyone to commit further funds to trips which may not take place later. We cannot predict the outcome of the current situation but, should trips be cancelled later, we believe that deposits may be difficult to recall from trip suppliers. Our first priority is to protect parents / carers from undue expenditure. For this reason we have decided to cancel ski trips for the 2020-21 season to avoid any further financial risk.
We will, once the school becomes operational again, seek to refund deposits already paid to parents / carers at the earliest opportunity.
