Our digital leaders have been working on a project over the past few weeks to run a science experiment on the International Space Station. Their idea is to use a camera attached to a Raspberry Pi to measure light pollution over the cities that the ISS travels past. If their project is accepted their code will be run in space and the results returned back to them. The digital leaders then intend to analyse the data and to see if there is a link between light pollution and levels of sleep deprivation in those cities.
