The TARGETjobs National Schools Challenge gives students the chance to benchmark themselves against thousands of students from schools and colleges across the UK. It provides the opportunity for school or sixth form students in Yeasr 12 and 13 to take part in fun, online exercises that look at the kind of skills and attributes associated with successful people.

We endeavour to prepare our students for the future and an additional benefit of the challenge is that it uses the type of assessment techniques that school leaver and graduate recruiters use to select employees.

Three of our Lower Sixth students were amongst the top ten students in the region and are now through to the Grand Final at Siemens’ The Crystal in London on Thursday 3rd April.

Congratulations to Denby Foster, Louise Conway and Ruth Augarde. We wish them every success in London in April.

Mrs Lennon, Assistant Head of Sixth Form
